Oil + Glass Recipe Book: A Must Have for Essential Oil Beginners

Back when I started my essential oils journey, I was constantly looking for recipe books and other educational material. I have to admit - I was excited to learn about essential oils, but also completely overwhelmed by the information that was available.

I know I'm not the only who hates looking up a recipe and having to wade through fifteen ads and 48 pictures before I finally get to what I came for - the recipe!

Luckily, someone sent me a copy for the Oil + Glass Recipe Book and it cut through the clutter quickly! It's a beautifully designed, spiral-bound collection of recipes covering everything from a "Post-Workout Rub" to a "Chicken Coop Spray"!

So, what made this book stand out?

• User-Friendly Design: Since the book is spiral-bound, I could easily lay it on my counter or desk for glancing back and forth between the recipes and my nervous hands trying to make sure I placed the right amount of essential oils in my rollers and bottles.

• Excellent Content: Coming in at 164 pages, the book is packed to the brim with recipes body butters and sprays to roller blends and yoga mat sprays. Plus, it contains a lot of guidance on essential oil safety, how to dilute them, and a great recipe for a base cream.

• Breadth of Knowledge: The ladies behind this book, Yael and Johonna, put a great effort into sharing their favorite recipes for your immune system, skincare, household cleaners, and even your mind.

While many of the recipes in Oil + Glass Recipe Book do call for Young Living branded oils, they've included variations in their recipes for those of us who enjoy other brands such as Plant Therapy and Rocky Mountain Oils.
